200‑Hour Leadership & Yoga Teacher Training
Somatics • Nervous System Literacy • Relational Intelligence • Personal & Professional Growth

Self-Reflection
Self‑reflection and embodied awareness are the foundations of grounded leadership — on and off the mat. In this training, you’ll learn to observe your patterns, understand your nervous system, and cultivate the inner clarity that allows you to lead in your life, your relationships, and your work.
Experiential
This training brings yoga, somatics, and embodied practice to life. You’ll explore why you practice, what your body is communicating, and how to live your practice in real‑world situations — conversations, conflict, leadership, and daily life.
Connection
Connection is at the heart of this training — connection to yourself, your nervous system, your practice, and your community. We keep each cohort intimate so you receive personalized mentorship and space to grow your voice, your confidence, and your relational intelligence.

Who This Training Serves
This training attracts a wide range of people — from those seeking personal growth to professionals in fields like massage therapy, coaching, mental health, education, leadership, and healthcare. What they all share is a desire to understand the body more deeply, communicate with clarity, and support others from a grounded, regulated place.
Whether you’re a student, a seasoned practitioner, or someone who simply wants to feel more centered and connected, this training will help you integrate somatic awareness, nervous‑system literacy, and embodied leadership into both your personal life and your professional work.
Many students join not only to teach yoga, but to weave somatic tools into their existing professions — private sessions, coaching, therapeutic work, classroom environments, leadership roles, and any field where humans gather. You’ll learn how to blend these skills into whatever you already do, without needing to change careers or have a specific background.
