Self-Reflection
Self‑reflection is the foundation of this training. You’ll learn to meet your inner world with curiosity and compassion — exploring your patterns, protectors, and nervous‑system responses through Hakomi principles, Presence‑Based Coaching, and IFS‑informed parts work. This is where embodied awareness begins.
Experiential
This training is both experiential and educational. You’ll learn somatic principles through movement inquiry, breathwork, meditation, and present‑moment awareness — while also studying the nervous system, relational patterns, and the frameworks that support ethical somatic facilitation.
Everything we do is in service to deeper embodiment and grounded presence.
Connection
Connection is central to somatic work — connection to your body, your breath, your inner parts, your nervous system, and your relationships.
You’ll practice attunement, compassionate witnessing, and presence‑based facilitation in an intimate cohort that honors pacing, consent, and nervous‑system safety.

Somatic Reflection:
Is This Path for You?
Pause for a moment and notice what arises as you read these questions. There are no right answers — only invitations to sense what feels true.
-
Do you feel drawn to work more deeply one‑on‑one, guiding others through embodied transformation?
-
Are you curious about how touch, movement, and presence can support healing without fixing or performing?
-
Do you notice a longing to bring more ease, attunement, and relational depth into your professional or personal life?
-
Are you ready to learn how to read the nervous system and respond with compassion rather than technique?
-
Does the idea of mentorship and embodied community feel nourishing to you?
-
Can you imagine contributing to a future where somatic practice is part of integrative healthcare and human development?
If these questions stir something in you — curiosity, resonance, or gentle excitement — you’re already sensing the beginning of this work.
