Somatic Coaching

A space to listen inward, shift patterns, and reconnect with what helps you thrive

What is Somatic Coaching?

Somatic Coaching is a gentle, body-centered approach to understanding your patterns and creating meaningful change.

Rather than working only with thoughts or stories, we include the body — sensations, breath, posture, impulses, and the ways your system responds to stress, protection, and possibility.

Grounded in presence-based coaching, Hakomi-informed principles, nervous-system awareness, and deep listening, this work offers a compassionate space to understand yourself more fully and discover new ways of responding.

What a Session Looks Like

Each session is spacious, collaborative, and guided by what feels most supportive in the moment.

A session may include:
  • Grounding and orienting
  • Awareness of sensations, breath, and impulses
  • Gentle movement or posture awareness
  • Parts-informed exploration
  • Mindful inquiry
  • Resourcing and integration

You remain fully clothed and seated or lying down. This is not massage — it is an experiential process that unfolds at your pace.

Is Somatic Coaching right for you?

Somatic Coaching may be supportive if you're navigating:
  • Overwhelm, stress, or burnout
  • Patterns that feel difficult to shift
  • Emotional blocks or shutdown
  • Relationship or boundary challenges
  • Life transitions
  • Questions of self-trust or direction
  • A desire to feel more grounded and connected to yourself
This work can be especially supportive if you're used to being the “strong one,” spend a lot of time in your head, or simply want a more compassionate way to understand yourself.
Over time, the work can create more space for clarity, choice, connection, and alignment with what matters to you.
